Regarding the structure of the hammer crusherThe structure of a hammer crusher is actually quite simple, mainly consisting of a frame, rotor, and hammers, with internal liners and grates forming the crushing chamber. The motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed, and the hammers continuously strike the material during rotation. The material is subjected to impact, collision, and shearing within the crushing chamber, achieving the crushing effect. The overall structure is compact, easy to maintain, and suitable for processing materials of medium hardness.

Working principle of hammer crusherA hammer crusher uses a high-speed rotating rotor to drive hammers that continuously impact materials. When material enters the crushing chamber from the feed inlet, it is forcefully struck by the high-speed hammers and repeatedly impacted and sheared between the liners and grate plates, rapidly crushing the material into smaller particles. Material that reaches the required particle size is discharged through the grate gaps, while material that does not meet the requirements continues to be crushed within the crushing chamber until the discharge requirements are met.

100 t/h Stone Crushing PlantLocated in Africa, this project required the construction of a 100-ton-per-hour stone crushing production line for local road construction. The existing production line was outdated, lacked sufficient capacity, and required frequent maintenance, severely impacting the delivery timeline. Based on site visits and material characteristics analysis, we customized a comprehensive crushing solution centered on a hammer crusher.The hammer crusher offers advantages such as simple structure, large crushing ratio, good finished product particle shape, and low operating costs, making it particularly suitable for processing materials with medium to low hardness, such as limestone and bluestone. By optimizing the hammer material and rotor structure, crushing efficiency was significantly improved, and the output consistently reached the design requirement of 100 t/h.During project implementation, our technical engineers were involved throughout, including providing guidance on foundation construction, equipment installation and calibration, commissioning, and operational training, ensuring the user could quickly begin production. 250 t/h Stone Crushing PlantThis project, undertaken by an African client, primarily addresses their local needs for crushing and sand production from granite and basalt.
