TLTE Series Cold Extrusion Machine

This TLTE Series Cold Extrusion Machine is a professional high-end pet food production equipment with customizable product shape, size, production capacity, process parameters and voltage, suitable for processing fresh poultry meat, beef, mutton, fish surimi, animal offal and other animal-derived raw materials, high-protein meat meal, as well as grain and grain-free plant auxiliary raw materials for pet food formula. It supports customized production of different product specifications, output and production processes according to customer requirements. The equipment adopts unique low-temperature cold extrusion production technology, the produced pet food products have excellent nutrient retention and palatability, and the consumer market potential is huge.

1. It achieves extremely tight precision tolerances and delivers an excellent surface finish, free from the oxide layer and scale that readily form on hot extruded materials. The material's strength, hardness and durability are significantly enhanced through work hardening via deformation processing.

2.The near-net-shape forming process requires almost no subsequent machining, which can drastically reduce material waste. It boasts high production efficiency and is suitable for automated, high-speed mass production.

3.It is widely applicable to steels, aluminum and brass for industrial processing, and is uniquely compatible with heat-sensitive materials (especially probiotics, active vitamins and functional nutrients in high-end pet food). For metal processing, it enables a denser metallic structure to enhance product reliability; for food production, it maximally preserves the integrity and activity of raw materials to stabilize product quality.
